Terms and Conditions of Payments
The following outlines the general terms and conditions of IAZ workshops in the UK, Europe and overseas which are run by us.
The full cost of the course is required to secure your place.
UK Workshops Only
8 weeks or more, prior to the start date we will transfer your fees in full to another training, or provide a refund less the cancellation fee of £50.00 per workshop.
4 weeks prior to the start date we will transfer your fees to another training less the transfer fee of £50.00, or provide a refund less the cancellation fee of 50% per workshop.
We regret that are no refunds or transfers available for courses canceled within 4 weeks of the start date of a workshop.
If a course is canceled by the Academy your training course will be refunded in full, but we cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred (we therefore, recommend having travel insurance to cover these costs). Transfers for overseas courses may be possible provided the request is received eight weeks prior to the current reservation, subject to availability and any conditions that the overseas host may apply, together with the administration fee.
Approval Policy: Acceptance is subject to registration review and approval. A full refund will be given if the application cannot be accepted.
Terms and Conditions of Training
The Ingraham Academy of Applied Zoopharmacognosy reserves the right to amend the dates and locations of any workshop or class at any time. In the event of any changes, students will be provided with as much notice as possible. The Ingraham Academy holds no responsibility or liability for students’ accommodation, travel expenses, personal belongings during workshops, and holds no responsibility if any personal injury is incurred during the term of a practical or theory sessions.
Please bring appropriate clothing for location/ activity/ weather. A packed lunch is normally required. Please note that students are not allowed use recording equipment of any type in any workshop or class.
If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours, or do not connect online/ or in person for a scheduled session you may be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
Delivery & Returns
Products are sold in recyclable, eco-friendly containers. External packaging (already made from 80% recycled cardboard) can be recycled and in order to limit wastage, and all internal packing materials are made from natural material and can be recycled, or composted. Even the sellotape is made from recycled plastics. A number of products are sold in lined aluminum containers, which represent the highest quality containers in the industry. These help to provide a safe non-breakable container, which keeps contents cool and protected from light, thereby extending shelf-life. All jars are made from recyclable PET plastic with a recyclable tin lid. Glass bottles can be recycled in the normal way.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible and items are shipped by either first class recorded delivery, or by courier (packages will need to be signed for unless given specific delivery instructions to the contrary). As most orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, if you have not received your order within five working days (UK), or ten working days for Europe and the Rest of World, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org. We regret that we cannot accept any claims against orders over three weeks old (also see returned items, below)

Privacy & Security
Returns, Replacements, Shortages
We cannot accept returned items that have been opened or do not have tamper-proof caps (ie some essential oils and herbs, and powders in jars or bags) unless you believe the item to be defective. Returned items, other than defective items, are subject to a 10% handling and restocking charge and must be returned within the same period as stated in the next section. Any shortage or damage must be reported to the carrier immediately, recorded on the delivery note and subsequently reported to the Company (with photographic evidence) within 48 hours of delivery for UK orders and 4 days for orders from abroad, otherwise, no claim against the Company will be accepted. The Company shall not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for goods which are lost or damaged in transit and all claims shall be made against the carrier. If there's a problem, please indicate this clearly on the carrier's document and sign only for what you've received. Damaged parcels should be refused and signed as such, e.g. "parcel returned, damaged in transit". Please do not sign as "not inspected", "unchecked" or sign without checking the goods, because this may invalidate any subsequent claim.
