- Gain insight into the pharmacodynamics of essential oils you'll be incorporating.
- Understand the relationships between different oils and the rationale behind their pairing.
- Explore the connection between psychotherapeutic oils and their association with gut-related issues.
2. The evolution of secondary metabolites
- Learn about the evolution of terpenes found in essential oils.
- Over 700million years ago Algae began to form today’s seaweeds - flavonoids began to appear providing early antioxidant properties. Then 500 million years ago - a wide diversity of multi-cellular organisms began to appear on to the land. This created a need for the plant to protect itself from grazing animals and insects - developing defensive secondary metabolites.
This lesson is in the form of notes only.
Lesson 3. Part 1

- Decode meaningful patterns: Discover what the congregation of flies might reveal about liver health.
- Dive into the role of specific oils in supporting conditions like Cushing's Syndrome
- Uncover the intricate connection between the liver and the regulation of sex hormones, and learn which oils can contribute to this balance.

Review
"I must say how impressed I am with the new app which went live a couple of days ago. Intuitive in its use, it is really well designed and packed full of information. In fact its like carrying both your books in miniature! I especially like the way you can search by condition or by remedy. I am already using it and it will be my constant companion." Julia C
